Roasted to crispy goodness and lightly seasoned, You're So Sweet Potato Fries have so much more flavor packed into them than you can imagine! You may not even need dipping sauce to go with them!

Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes, cut into large fries
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 -In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the sweet potatoes and the water and microwave until the sweet potatoes are slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
Step 3 -Drain the excess liquid from the potatoes.
Step 4 -Add the Italian seasoning, the lemon pepper, the salt, the pepper, and the olive oil to the sweet potatoes and toss until the potatoes are well-seasoned.
Step 5 -On a baking sheet in a single layer, arrange the seasoned sweet potatoes.
Step 6 -Bake until the fries are crispy on the outside, about 30 minutes.
Step 7 -Serve immediately.
