About
Even the fanciest of brunch places can't compete with Savory Breakfast Pull-Apart Bread! While it's a mouthful to say, you'll be overly delighted to have your mouth full of it! It's so, so simple, too. Fresh dough gets coated in a savory garlic butter and then is rolled into the toppings of your choice! We chose tangy cranberries, rich parmigiana cheese, smokey paprika, herbaceous parsley, and satisfying poppyseeds... but truly, you can use whatever sounds good to you! After some time in the over, Savory Breakfast Pull-Apart Bread comes out looking like something you'd see at the aforementioned brunch location. Golden-brown, warm, flakey, and you don't even have to leave your home; these little guys will make every morning brighter!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted, plus more solid butter for greasing the pan
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup parmigiana cheese
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup poppyseeds
- 3 cloves garlic, very finely minced
- 2 (16-ounce, 8-count) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Generously grease a 9-10-inch Bundt™ pan with the butter.
Step 3 -Place the cranberries, the cheese, the paprika, the parsley, and the poppyseeds in separate small bowls.
Step 4 -Stir the garlic into the melted butter.
Step 5 -Cut the biscuits in half and then roll each piece into a ball.
Step 6 -Dip each of the dough balls into the butter mixture. Some of the garlic should adhere to the balls as you do this.
Step 7 -Alternate what toppings the butter-coated balls are rolled into.
Step 8 -Add the coated dough balls into the pan so that the various toppings are placed in an alternated fashion.
Step 9 -Bake the bread until the surface is golden, about 30-35 minutes. Around the 25-minute mark, carefully lay a sheet of foil on top of the bread to prevent the top from browning too quickly.
Step 10 -Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
Step 11 -Run a thin, soft rubber spatula around the edge and down the sides of the pan to loosen any stuck cheese.
Step 12 -Invert the bread onto a plate, then lay a serving platter on top and flip the bread onto the serving platter.
Step 13 -Serve warm.
