The white wine truly absorbs the juicy peach and tart raspberry goodness, making every sip... well... magical! The addition of effervescent bubbles from the sparkling wine just adds another layer of unexpected satisfaction. The Magic Sparkler is like a firework display for your taste buds!

Ingredients
- 1 (750-mililiter) bottle white wine
- 2 peaches, sliced, plus more, to taste, for garnish
- 2 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 tablespoons sugar, plus more, to taste
- ice, optional, to taste
- 1 (750-mililiter) bottle sparkling white wine, cold
- 8 sprigs mint, optional, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -In a large pitcher, add the white wine, 2 of the sliced peaches, the kiwis, the raspberries, and 3 tablespoons of the sugar and stir to combine.
Step 2 -Transfer the pitcher to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
Step 3 -Taste the wine mixture for sweetness and add the extra sugar, as needed.
Step 4 -Add the ice to eight serving glasses.
Step 5 -Fill each serving glass about 3/4 full with the wine mixture.
Step 6 -Top the wine mixture in each glass with the sparkling white wine.
Step 7 -Serve garnished with the mint sprigs and the extra peach slices.
