Sangria is a wine-based cocktail of Spanish origin that can be pre-made in batches. The more you allow the drink to sit, the more the flavors will meld. The fruit soaks up all the delicious flavors and imparts sweetness to the drink. Easy Red Sangria only needs 5 steps and 5 minutes for a sunny, buzzy, sweet concoction. You could be enjoying the summer in style in no time at all! Throw in a few cinnamon sticks for a richer, earthy sweetness.

1/2 apple, chopped
1/2 orange, sliced
4 tablespoons brown sugar, plus more to taste
3/4 cup orange juice, plus more to taste
1/3 cup brandy
