Easy Chicken Roll-Ups are a dinner in just one dish ready in under an hour. It’s rich, savory, tender, juicy, and best of all easy. Ingredients
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 (8-count) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups broccoli, steamed
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 -In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the soup, the broth, the milk, the flour, the garlic powder, the salt, and the pepper. Stir to combine.
Step 3 -Pour the broth mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 4 -Divide the crescent roll dough into the perforated triangles.
Step 5 -Fill the triangles, evenly dividing 1 cup of the cheddar, all of the chicken, and all of the broccoli.
Step 6 -Roll the dough up and place them into the baking dish on the sauce.
Step 7 -Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 8 -Remove the roll-ups from the oven and top with the remaining cheese.
Step 9 -Bake again until the cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
Step 10 -Serve hot!
