Ingredients
- 6 cups milk
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- marshmallows, optional, to taste, for topping
Directions
Step 1 -In a slow cooker, add the milk, the chocolate chips, the heavy whipping cream, the condensed milk, and the vanilla.
Step 2 -Cover and cook on low, while stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth, about 2 hours.
Step 3 -Serve topped with the marshmallows.
