Hey! Long day? We get it, some days can be really long. Why not rest a spell with this Welcome Home Bake? It's the perfect way to unwind with a good meal. Buttery, tender egg noodles in a tangy, creamy sauce, with bites of succulent ham and plenty of crisp and fresh vegetables. Cheesy, crunchy, and amazingly tasty, the Welcome Home Bake really lays out the welcome mat.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8-ounce) container chive and onion-flavored cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cups ham, cooked and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen asparagus, thawed
- 6 baby carrots, chopped
- 1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (4-ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup packaged seasoned croutons, crushed
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 -Lightly grease two (8-inch) square baking dishes. Be sure to use a freezer-safe dish if you plan to store one or both of the casseroles.
Step 3 -In a large pot of salted, boiling water, add the egg noodles and cook until al dente, according to the package directions.
Step 4 -Drain the egg noodles.
Step 5 -In a large bowl, add the cream of mushroom soup, the cream cheese, and the milk and stir to combine.
Step 6 -Add the cooked noodles, the ham, the broccoli, the asparagus, and the carrots to the sauce mixture and stir to combine.
Step 7 -Divide 1/2 of the ham mixture evenly between the prepared baking dishes.
Step 8 -In a bowl, add the mozzarella and the cheddar cheese and toss to combine.
Step 9 -Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese mixture over each of the ham mixtures evenly.
Step 10 -Spoon the remaining ham mixture evenly between the 2 casseroles.
Step 11 -Add the croutons to the remaining cheese mixture in the bowl and toss to combine.
Step 12 -Sprinkle the cheese-crouton mixture evenly over each of the casseroles.
Step 13 -Optionally, wrap one or both of the casseroles in heavy-duty aluminum foil and freeze one or both for up to 1 month.
Step 14 -Bake one or both of the casseroles you intend to eat immediately until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
Step 15 -Serve.
