On-The-Ranch Chops are an incredibly simple dish, but it's a delicious example of culinary minimalism! Pork is already a delightfully flavorful meat, with notes of sweet and savory, and those flavors are then accented by olive oil and ranch seasoning. The ranch seasoning is zesty and herbaceous, rounding out the pork flavor and complementing it perfectly! Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 pork chops, boneless
- 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Evenly drizzle 1/2 of the olive oil over the top of the pork chops.
Step 3 -Evenly sprinkle 1/2 of the ranch dressing mix over the top of the pork chops and rub the dressing mix and the oil all over the top of the pork chops so they are well-covered.
Step 4 -Flip the pork chops over and repeat with the remaining olive oil and the remaining ranch dressing mix.
Step 5 -Let the pork chops rest and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 6 -Place the pork chops on the grill and grill until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 6-8 minutes per side.
Step 7 -Transfer the pork chops from the grill to a clean plate and cover them with foil.
Step 8 -Let the pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes.
Step 9 -Serve.
