- 2 pounds sliced bacon, thick-cut
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Step 3 -Place a wire baking rack on top of the lined baking sheet.
Step 4 -Tightly twist each of the bacon slices and lay them on top of the baking rack.
Step 5 -Bake the bacon for 20 minutes.
Step 6 -Using a pair of tongs, flip each piece of the bacon.
Step 7 -Bake the bacon again until lightly browned, about 20-30 minutes.
Step 8 -Serve.
