- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- powdered sugar, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2 -Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3 -Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Step 4 -Add the flour and chopped nuts.
Step 5 -Roll golf ball-sized balls of the dough in your hand.
Step 6 -Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 7 -Bake until lightly golden brown, about 8 minutes.
Step 8 -Roll the warm cookies in the powdered sugar.
Step 9 -Serve.
