They’re perfectly crispy and flavorful, seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Serve these Sweet Potato Chips as a snack or side to your favorite sandwich or main dish. Once you start eating these, you won’t be able to get enough!

Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato or yam, sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 -Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3 -Cut the sweet potato into 1/8-1/4-inch slices.
Step 4 -In a medium bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with the olive oil until fully coated.
Step 5 -Add the salt, the pepper, and the thyme and toss to coat.
Step 6 -Arrange the slices on a baking sheet without overlapping the potatoes.
Step 7 -Bake, flipping halfway, until golden-brown, about 25-35 minutes.
Step 8 -Let the slices cool to room temperature.
Step 9 -Serve.
