Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup multi-colored sprinkles
  • 10 strawberries, hulled and cut in half
  • 1 cup chocolate vodka
  • Champagne, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and heat in the microwave until they have melted.

Step 2 -Add the sprinkles to a shallow bowl.

Step 3 -Gently dip the rims of four Champagne flutes into the melted chocolate, then dip them into the sprinkles.

Step 4 -Let the coated Champagne flutes sit until the chocolate has hardened.

Step 5 -In a blender, add the strawberries and the chocolate vodka and purée until it is well-combined.

Step 6 -Fill each of the coated Champagne flutes about halfway with the strawberry-chocolate purée, then evenly top with the Champagne.

Step 7 -Serve.
