Ingredients

  • ice, to taste
  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 3/4 ounce elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain® Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ginger beer, to taste
  • Angostura® aromatic bitters, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -In a highball glass, add the ice, the bourbon, the elderflower liqueur, and the lemon juice.

Step 2 -Top the drink mixture with the ginger beer.

Step 3 -Add 4-6 dashes of the Angostura bitters to the drink mixture.

Step 4 -Serve.
