  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 chicken wings, tips removed, thawed if frozen
  • fresh parsley, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
  • dipping sauce, optional, to taste, of your choice, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 -Line a baking sheet with foil.

Step 3 -Dot the foil with the butter.

Step 4 -In a medium-sized bowl, add the flour, the paprika, the garlic powder, the salt, and the pepper and whisk to combine.

Step 5 -Coat the wings on all sides in the flour mixture and transfer them to the prepared baking sheet. Make sure the butter is evenly spaced out among the wings.

Step 6 -Bake the wings for 30 minutes.

Step 7 -Flip the wings and bake until the wings are crispy and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 15 minutes.

Step 8 -Garnish with the parsley and serve with the dipping sauce.
