Just simply add your favorite perfectly-crusted pizza dough, all the gooey cheese you desire, the special tomatoey sauce that you love, and some, all, or none of the skies-the-limit toppings that are calling your name... and now you've got the best Sheet-Pan Pizza you could ask for. All of that... just how you like it. Go ahead! Forego the box, cut out the middleman, and make what you like when you like it, any time of day! This dish delivers one-of-a-kind satisfaction with a taste that's tailored just for you!

Ingredients
- For the crust:
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 (8-ounce) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Optional toppings:
- tomatoes, to taste, diced or sliced
- pepperoni, to taste
- green bell peppers, to taste, diced or sliced
- red bell peppers, to taste, diced or sliced
- olives, to taste, sliced
- onions, to taste, diced or sliced
- mushrooms, to taste, sliced
- Canadian bacon, to taste, diced
- pineapple, to taste, diced
- jalapeños, to taste, sliced
- fresh basil, to taste, chopped
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2 -Use a pastry brush to lightly coat the sides and bottom of a 13x18-inch baking sheet with the olive oil.
Step 3 -Evenly press the pizza dough onto the baking sheet.
Step 4 -Evenly add the pizza sauce to the top of the pizza dough.
Step 5 -If you're making a cheese-only pizza, evenly sprinkle all of the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
Step 6 -If you're making a pizza with other toppings, layer only 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce. Top the mozzarella layer with your preferred toppings and then add the remaining mozzarella on top of them.
Step 7 -Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake until golden-brown and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
Step 8 -Transfer the pizza to a wire rack and let it cool, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 9 -Slice and serve.
