About
You're either there to watch the game or eat the snacks... yet, we happen to find ourselves contenders in both categories! Sheet-Pan Football Sliders make for the perfect bite as we're rooting for our favorite team. While they're scoring touchdowns, we're going ham on some sweet Hawaiian rolls filled with juicy burger patties and topped with the yummy condiments we love so much. It's the best of both worlds! Three cheers for Sheet-Pan Football Sliders! The tastiest part of the season!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped or shredded, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Step 3 -In a mixing bowl, add the beef, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the salt, the pepper, and the Worcestershire sauce and blend well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed throughout the meat.
Step 4 -Place the beef mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press it out to an even thickness throughout, extending about 1 inch beyond the size of the Hawaiian rolls on all sides.
Step 5 -Bake the beef mixture until it reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F and is slightly browned, about 20 minutes.
Step 6 -Transfer the baking sheet to a wire rack and let the beef rest, about 5 minutes.
Step 7 -With the slider rolls still attached, carefully slice the rolls horizontally, so they are separated into one large top slice and one large bottom slice.
Step 8 -Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls on a clean baking sheet.
Step 9 -Place the baked beef on the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls and top evenly with the American cheese slices. Then generously sprinkle with the shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 10 -Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls on top of the cheese layer and bake until the cheese has melted and the buns are warmed, about 15 minutes.
Step 11 -Remove the top half of the Hawaiian rolls, then top the melted cheese with the chopped lettuce.
Step 12 -Gently press the top half of the Hawaiian rolls back onto the lettuce layer.
Step 13 -Use a sharp knife to cut the rolls into individual sliders.
Step 14 -Serve.
