Ingredients
- 6 blueberries
- 2 basil leaves
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- ice, to taste
- 4 ounces prosecco
Directions
Step 1 -In a cocktail shaker, add the blueberries, the basil leaves, and the simple syrup and muddle them gently to combine.
Step 2 -Add the gin, the lemon juice, and the ice to the blueberry mixture, cover the shaker, and shake vigorously to combine.
Step 3 -Double strain the gin mixture, using the shaker strainer as well as a fine-mesh strainer, into a glass.
Step 4 -Top the gin mixture with the prosecco.
Step 5 -Serve.
