  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups baking mix, such as Bisquick™
  • 1 (12-ounce) container pimento cheese

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 -In a bowl, add the sausage, the cream cheese, the baking mix, and the pimento cheese and mix until it is well-combined.

Step 3 -Roll the sausage mixture into 1-inch-thick balls and place them on a rimmed baking sheet.

Step 4 -Bake the sausage balls until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F and are browned, about 18-22 minutes.

Step 5 -Serve.
