Momma usually does all the cooking, but this dish was left to the expert. Papa's Pizza Spaghetti Bake is absolutely his area of expertise, and he certainly lets you know it. The foundation of this masterpiece starts with a layer of al dente spaghetti, sandwiched with a spectacular tomato sauce and spicy pepperoni slices, topped with cheese, as far as the eye can see. He really has mastered this deep dish of deliciousness, and we love him for it. Papa's Pizza Spaghetti Bake is one meal that everyone gathers around for so, on second thought, maybe he really does know what he is doing. Ah, he's the best! Papa, what's for dinner tonight?

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 (6-ounce) package sliced pepperoni
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 -Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 3 -In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook the spaghetti to al dente, according to the package directions and drain well. Set it aside.
Step 4 -In a large bowl, add the eggs and the milk and whisk to combine.
Step 5 -Add the parmesan cheese, the oregano, and the garlic to the egg mixture, stir to combine.
Step 6 -Add the cooked spaghetti to the parmesan cheese mixture and quickly toss to combine.
Step 7 -Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Step 8 -Evenly pour the spaghetti sauce over the top of the spaghetti mixture.
Step 9 -Add a layer of 1/2 of the pepperoni on top of the spaghetti sauce layer.
Step 10 -Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on the top of the pepperoni layer.
Step 11 -Layer the remaining pepperoni on top of the mozzarella cheese layer.
Step 12 -Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Step 13 -Transfer the spaghetti bake from the oven to a wire rack to cool, about 5 minutes.
Step 14 -With a sharp knife, cut into serving size pieces, place, and serve.
