The mayonnaise and cream cheese add in the moisture and fat chicken breast is often lacking, while the bacon and cheese give in an undeniable richness that will please just about any dinner companion. Serve this creamy, tender Million Dollar Chicken alongside a green salad and some rice for a balanced meal.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled, plus more, to taste, for topping
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped, plus more, to taste, for topping
- 1 1/2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded, divided
- 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, thinly cut or pounded
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, the mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of the bacon crumbles, 1/2 cup of the green onions, and half of the Colby-Jack cheese.
Step 3 -In a baking dish, evenly place the chicken breasts and spread the cheese mixture over the chicken.
Step 4 -Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top.
Step 5 -Bake until the chicken breasts reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 30-40 minutes.
Step 6 -Top with the extra bacon crumbles and the extra green onions and serve!
