Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, deveined and tails removed, cooked
- 1 cup avocado, diced
- 1/3 cup red onion, very thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeño, seeds and ribs removed, finely diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -In a large bowl, add the shrimp, the avocado, the red onion, the jalapeño, and the cilantro and mix to combine.
Step 2 -In a small bowl, whisk the lime juice, the tomato sauce, the ketchup, the orange juice, the salt, and the pepper together.
Step 3 -Pour the sauce over the shrimp mixture and toss to evenly coat.
Step 4 -Serve.
