Oh, there is a lot going on with Giggle Bites and the flavor will have you giggling with delight! A fudgy brownie base holds up quite a lot of amazing treats: a fluffy, creamy peanut butter layer, crunchy peanuts, rich and salty caramel, and melted chocolate! And that's all in each bite! No wonder Giggle Bites are so delightfully merry, they inspire great feelings whenever they are served!

Ingredients
- 1 (18-ounce) box brownie mix, plus the ingredients called for on the package
- 7 ounces marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (11-ounce) package caramels, unwrapped
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/4 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 1/2 package chocolate candy melts, can substitute milk chocolate almond bark or white chocolate
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Line a 9x13-inch pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
Step 3 -Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions.
Step 4 -Bake the brownies in the prepared pan.
Step 5 -Allow the brownies to cool completely.
Step 6 -In a medium bowl, mix the marshmallow fluff and the peanut butter until well-blended.
Step 7 -Spread the marshmallow-peanut butter mixture over the brownies.
Step 8 -Place the caramels in a microwave-safe bowl with the heavy cream.
Step 9 -Heat the caramel mixture for 1 minute, then stir.
Step 10 -Continue heating and stirring the caramel mixture until it is melted and smooth, heating in 30 seconds increments.
Step 11 -Pour the caramel mixture over the marshmallow-peanut butter layer and immediately top with the peanuts, pressing the peanuts into the caramel slightly.
Step 12 -Refrigerate the dessert until set, about 20-30 minutes.
Step 13 -Cut the brownies into bite-size pieces and refrigerate.
Step 14 -Place the chocolate candy melts in a small pot and melt over low heat.
Step 15 -Dip the tops of the brownie bites in the melted chocolate.
Step 16 -Place the dipped brownie bites on parchment paper to set, about 30 minutes.
Step 17 -Serve.
