This simple side is satisfyingly seasoned and roasted to a bright green and crispy perfection to ensure that eating your greens will be ever so delightful! It's time to grow up and not be afraid of leafy things... and we mean that in the most loving way possible. We would be doing you a huge disservice if we didn't beg or encourage you to try some of the most Delicious Roasted Broccoli! Trust us, you won't regret it!

Ingredients
- 1 pound broccoli florets, washed and dried, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- lemon wedges, to taste, optional
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 -Grease a baking sheet.
Step 3 -Place the broccoli on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil.
Step 4 -Sprinkle the broccoli with the salt and the pepper and toss to coat.
Step 5 -Spread the coated broccoli out in an even layer on the sheet, without overlapping, to ensure the edges get crispy.
Step 6 -Bake the coated broccoli for 10 minutes, then transfer from the oven.
Step 7 -Flip the florets over and evenly redistribute them around the baking sheet.
Step 8 -Bake the broccoli florets again until they are bright and crispy, about 5-10 minutes.
Step 9 -Serve the roasted broccoli with the lemon wedges.
