It's pretty quick to pull together and makes dinnertime better. Creamy Beef Pasta just has that effect!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (8-ounce) package baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- kosher salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (5-ounce) bag spinach, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 10 ounces wide egg noodles
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- parsley, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -In a large pot over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
Step 2 -Add the mushrooms, the onions, the garlic, the salt, and the pepper to the melted butter and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are cooked down and the mushrooms start to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 3 -Pour the mushroom mixture into a bowl.
Step 4 -In the same pot, add the ground beef, the salt, and the pepper and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 5 -Add the mushroom mixture and the spinach to the ground beef and cook until the spinach is wilted.
Step 6 -Add the milk, the beef broth, and the egg noodles to the beef mixture and bring to a slight boil. Cook until the noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
Step 7 -Transfer the pot from the heat and evenly sprinkle the pasta mixture with the mozzarella and the parmesan.
Step 8 -Season the pasta mixture with the salt and the pepper and stir to combine.
Step 9 -Serve the pasta mixture garnished with the parsley.
