- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped or shredded
- 1/2 cup celery or apple, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, and dill.
Step 2 -Add the chicken, celery, dried cranberries, and toasted walnuts. Stir until combined.
Step 3 -Season with the salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4 -Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Step 5 -Serve.
