There's nothing better than closing out your day with a hearty, warm, and noodle-and-beef-filled bake to help you escape whatever it is that's out there. Can't you almost hear the birds chirping as you feel the breeze flow through your hair? There's nothing more peaceful than that. Unwind while you dine with this Countryside Casserole!

Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) bag medium egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3 -In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook the egg noodles to al dente, according to package directions. Drain well.
Step 4 -In a large skillet, add the ground beef and cook, while crumbling, until browned.
Step 5 -Season the ground beef with the salt and pepper, then drain the excess grease.
Step 6 -In a large bowl, stir the tomato soup, the cream of mushroom soup, the milk, the Worcestershire sauce, the minced garlic, the dried onion flakes, the salt, and pepper together.
Step 7 -Stir the egg noodles and the ground beef into the soup mixture.
Step 8 -Spread the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 9 -Bake the casserole, uncovered, about 25-30 minutes. If the top looks like it's getting too dry or crispy, cover with aluminum foil.
Step 10 -Top the casserole with the parmesan cheese.
Step 11 -Serve.
