Ingredients
- For the dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- For the salad:
- 8 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup smoked almonds, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
Directions
Step 1 -In a large bowl, whisk the mayonnaise and the apple cider vinegar together until smooth.
Step 2 -Stir the sugar and the pepper into mayo mixture until combined.
Step 3 -Add the broccoli to the dressing mixture and stir to combine.
Step 4 -Add the cranberries, the cheese, the almonds, the bacon, and the red onion to the broccoli mixture and stir to combine.
Step 5 -Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour and up to 3 days.
Step 6 -Serve.
