Ingredients
- 1 (5-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut, divided
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Directions
Step 1 -Using a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and the milk until the pudding mixture has thickened.
Step 2 -Fold in 1 cup of the coconut and 1/2 of the whipped topping into the pudding.
Step 3 -Spoon the pudding mixture into the prepared pie crust.
Step 4 -Spread the remaining whipped topping over top of the pie.
Step 5 -Garnish with the remaining coconut and place the pie in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 6 -Serve.
