Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped finely
- bread slices, of your choice, to taste, for serving
- lettuce, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -Mix the chicken, the salt, the black pepper, the mayonnaise, the lemon juice, and the chopped celery together in a bowl.
Step 2 -Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Step 3 -Lay out the bread slices and top 1 of the slices with the lettuce.
Step 4 -Add the chicken salad on top of the lettuce and close the sandwich.
Step 5 -Serve.
