The creamy mashed potato topping adds the perfect amount of richness to the dish, which basically adds the comfort to the comfort food you've been craving. Chicken Shepherd's Pie is easy to make and perfect for feeding a crowd, so gather your loved ones around the table and enjoy a hearty and satisfying new take on a classic together!

Ingredients
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 (8-ounce) package instant mashed potato mix
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 -Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3 -In a large mixing bowl, add the cream of chicken soup, the cream of mushroom soup, the poultry seasoning, the salt, and the pepper and stir well.
Step 4 -Add the chicken to the soup mixture and stir until it is coated.
Step 5 -Add the mixed veggies and the corn to the chicken mixture and stir until it is thoroughly combined.
Step 6 -Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 7 -Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package directions.
Step 8 -Spread the mashed potatoes over the chicken mixture.
Step 9 -Bake until the Sheperd's pie is bubbling around the edges and the mashed potatoes are starting to brown, about 40-45 minutes.
Step 10 -Allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes.
Step 11 -Serve.
