The Caramel Apple Pizza certainly thinks so, and it has the flavor to not just change minds, but hearts (and tastebuds)! A crumbly, tender, buttery sugar cookie crust lays the stage for diced, crispy, juicy apples and chocolate candies, which is already a great start. But it's the sauce that'll have you coming back again and again: creamy, tangy, with notes of rich caramel and the perfect amount of sweetness. Mmmm, Caramel Apple Pizza might sound like a fall or winter treat, but anytime you need a slice of something scrumptious, there's nothing better.

Ingredients
- For the cookie dough pizza crust:
- 1 (16.5-ounce) tube sugar cookie dough
- For the caramel cream cheese spread:
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- For the toppings:
- 1 green apple, diced
- 2 chocolate caramel biscuit candy bars, such as Twix®, chopped
- caramel sauce, to taste, for drizzling
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Step 3 -Press the cookie dough down into the bottom of the pan, ensuring the bottom is completely covered.
Step 4 -Bake until the bottom is set, about 20-22 minutes.
Step 5 -Allow the cookie dough to cool for 20 minutes.
Step 6 -Transfer the cookie crust from the springform pan and place it in the refrigerator to cool.
Step 7 -In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the cream cheese, the vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of the caramel sauce, and the powdered sugar and mix until combined.
Step 8 -Add the heavy whipping cream to the cream cheese mixture and whisk until stiff peaks form.
Step 9 -Refrigerate the caramel spread until ready to use.
Step 10 -Layer the caramel cream cheese spread over the cookie crust.
Step 11 -Sprinkle the apple pieces and the candy bar pieces over the cream cheese layer.
Step 12 -Serve drizzled with the extra caramel sauce.
