- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce blue Curacao liqueur
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 pineapple slice, optional, for garnish
- 1 maraschino cherry, optional, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Combine the rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 1 cup of crushed ice in a blender.
Step 2 -Puree at high speed until the mixture is smooth.
Step 3 -Pour the drink into a chilled highball glass.
Step 4 -Garnish the glass with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
