Ingredients
- butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray, to taste, for greasing the muffin tin
- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
- green onions, to taste, sliced, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 -Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with the butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3 -Crack 1 egg into each of the prepared muffin tin cups.
Step 4 -Drizzle the eggs with about 2 teaspoons of the heavy cream each.
Step 5 -Sprinkle the eggs with the salt and the black pepper.
Step 6 -Evenly sprinkle each of the eggs with 1 tablespoon of the parmesan cheese.
Step 7 -Bake the eggs until they reach the desired consistency, for soft centers, about 7-8 minutes, for semi-soft centers, about 9-10 minutes, and for firm centers, about 11-12 minutes.
Step 8 -Serve the eggs garnished with the remaining parmesan and the green onions.
