Ingredients

  • 4 cups pancake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, plus more, to taste, for serving
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped, divided

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease a rimmed sheet pan.

Step 3 -Mix the pancake mix, the eggs, the milk, 2 tablespoons of the syrup, and 1/2 of the bacon together in a large bowl.

Step 4 -Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and sprinkle the remaining bacon over the top.

Step 5 -Bake until the center of the bake is set, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 6 -Drizzle the extra maple syrup over the pancakes and serve.
