  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 bunches fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup craisins or raisins
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Step 1 -To prepare the dressing, whisk the mayonnaise, sugar, and cider vinegar together in a small bowl. Set aside.

Step 2 -Place the chopped broccoli in a large salad bowl. Toss in the onion, craisins, and cashews.

Step 3 -Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
