For the latter, a few warm loaves of Amish Cinnamon Bread can provide just that! Every slice is enchanting, swirled with sweetness and spices and soft as only freshly baked bread can be! Good mornings begin with a hot cup of coffee and a slice (or three!) of Amish Cinnamon Bread.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 2/3 cups sugar, divided
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Cream together the butter, 2 cups of the sugar, and the eggs.
Step 3 -Add the buttermilk, the flour, and the baking soda.
Step 4 -Divide 1/2 of the batter into two greased loaf pans, so that there is 1/4 of the batter in each pan.
Step 5 -In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining sugar and the cinnamon.
Step 6 -Sprinkle 3/4 of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of the batter in each pan.
Step 7 -Add the remaining batter evenly to the pans and sprinkle the tops with the remaining cinnamon-sugar topping.
Step 8 -Swirl the batter gently with a knife.
Step 9 -Bake until the loaves are cooked through, about 45-50 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the centers of each should come out clean.
Step 10 -Cool the loaves in the pans for 20 minutes before removing them from the pan.
Step 11 -Serve!
