  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9-ounce) package chocolate wafers
  • chocolate curls, optional, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.

Step 2 -Add the confectioners' sugar and the vanilla to the whipped cream and beat until it is stiff.

Step 3 -Spread heaping teaspoons of the whipped cream onto the chocolate wafers.
