Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • white pepper, to taste
  • 4 pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
  • paprika, optional, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.

Step 2 -Reserve 8 of the removed egg yolk halves for another use.

Step 3 -In a small bowl, mash the remaining yolks.

Step 4 -Stir the mayo, the sour cream, the breadcrumbs, the mustard, the salt, and the pepper into the egg yolks.

Step 5 -Stuff or pipe the egg whites with the egg yolk mixture.

Step 6 -Garnish the deviled eggs with the olives and the paprika.

Step 7 -Serve.
