The twist in Twisted Prosecco isn't wicked at all... in fact it's actually quite refreshing! Yes, Twisted Prosecco is in fact much more refreshing than you're expecting, and that's the twist! With the addition of elderflower liqueur to deliver a floral sweetness and some fresh mint for crispness, this cocktail is perfect for summer heatwaves or for adding a hint of relaxation to your next garden party! It's a wholesome twist indeed!

Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce St-Germain® Liqueur
- 1 sprig mint, plus more, whole leaves, to taste, for garnish
- ice, to taste
- 4 ounces prosecco, chilled
- 1 ounce soda water, chilled
- 1 lemon wheel, optional, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -In a stemless wine glass, add the St-Germain and one of the mint sprigs and gently muddle them together. Allow the muddled mixture to sit for 3 minutes.
Step 2 -Add the ice, the prosecco, and the soda water to the wine glass and stir briefly and gently to combine.
Step 3 -Serve garnished with the extra mint leaves and the lemon wheel.
