Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, plus more, to taste, for greasing the pan
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 cups Lucky Charms® cereal

Directions

Step 1 -Using the extra butter, grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

Step 2 -In a large pot over medium heat, melt 1 stick of the remaining butter.

Step 3 -Add the marshmallows and the salt to the melted butter and stir until completely melted.

Step 4 -Transfer the pot from the heat.

Step 5 -Add the cereal to the marshmallow mixture and stir to combine.

Step 6 -Pour the cereal mixture into the prepared baking dish. Be careful not to pack the cereal mixture too tightly into the dish.

Step 7 -Allow the cereal mixture to cool completely.

Step 8 -Slice and serve.
