This is a drink with no frills about it. Skinny Summer has stripped itself of all the syrups and elaborate garnishes and gone for something slimmed down and straightforward — smooth grapefruit vodka punctuated with tangy grapefruit juice and electric lemon juice, then topped with bubbly soda water! Cool and beach-ready, Skinny Summer is the start of a different kind of season!

Ingredients

  • ice, to taste
  • 1/2 grapefruit, juiced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 3 ounces grapefruit vodka, such as Ketel One® Botanical Grapefruit & Rose Vodka
  • 2 ounces soda water
  • 1 sprig rosemary, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice.

Step 2 -Add the grapefruit juice, the lemon juice, and the vodka, cover, and shake to combine.

Step 3 -Add more of the ice to your intended serving glass, then strain the vodka mixture over the ice in the glass.

Step 4 -Top the vodka mixture with the soda water.

Step 5 -Serve garnished with the rosemary sprig.
