Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangos, diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 large lime, juiced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1 -In a serving bowl, combine the mango, the bell pepper, the onion, the cilantro, and the jalapeño.

Step 2 -Squeeze the lime juice over top.

Step 3 -Season with the salt and stir well, being careful not to crush the mango.

Step 4 -Allow the salsa to rest for about 10 minutes before serving for maximum flavor.
