Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups bacon-ranch salad dressing, homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (14-ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained, chopped
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • assorted crackers, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the salad dressing, and the milk and beat until blended.

Step 2 -Add the cheddar, the artichokes, the spinach, the tomatoes, the bacon, and the green onions and stir to combine.

Step 3 -Transfer the spinach mixture to a 4-5-quart slow cooker.

Step 4 -Cover the slow cooker and cook on low until heated through, about 2-3 hours.

Step 5 -Serve the dip with the crackers.
