  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, plus more to taste, shredded, and divided

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking pan with cooking spray or butter.

Step 2 -Combine the hash browns, sour cream, bacon, ranch mix, and 1 cup of the cheese in a large bowl, stirring well.

Step 3 -Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan and cover it with foil.
