Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 8 (1-inch-thick) pork chops
Directions
Step 1 -Combine the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar, the garlic, the rosemary, the salt, and the black pepper in a shallow pan.
Step 2 -Add the pork chops and toss well with the seasoning mixture to coat evenly.
Step 3 -Let the pork marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, then return them to room temperature before grilling.
Step 4 -Grill over medium-high heat for about 20 minutes, until the chops reach at least 145 degrees F.
Step 5 -Serve.
