When you were younger, getting in trouble usually meant no dessert for you after dinner. Well, now that you're an adult, you find humor in naming your favorite treat Double-Trouble Bread. In this sense, the daring duo responsible for your mealtime mischief are the melty chocolate chips and the sugary banana mixed into this moistest, sweet bread. It's really such a daring delight, and best yet, it really lives up to its name and makes two loaves! Your momma will get a real kick out of you and your Double-Trouble Bread. Just make sure to follow the rules and eat every crumb of it!

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 overripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- salt, to taste
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, plus more, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Spray two loaf pans with nonstick spray.
Step 3 -In a bowl, add the eggs, the oil, the brown sugar, and the granulated sugar and mix with an electric hand mixer.
Step 4 -Add the bananas, the sour cream, and the vanilla and beat until it is well-combined.
Step 5 -In a second bowl, add the flour, the cocoa powder, the baking powder, the baking soda, and the salt and whisk to combine.
Step 6 -Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture until it is well-combined.
Step 7 -Stir 1 cup of the chocolate chips into the bread batter.
Step 8 -Divide the batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans and sprinkle each with the extra chocolate chips.
Step 9 -Bake the loaves in the oven for 45 minutes.
Step 10 -Transfer the loaf pans to a wire rack and let the loaves cool for 10 minutes.
Step 11 -Invert the bread loaves onto the wire rack and let them cool completely.
Step 12 -Slice and serve. To store one loaf, wrap it tightly in two layers of plastic wrap and then store in a plastic bag in freezer.
