  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pound chicken tenders

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 -Prepare a dredging assembly line with 3 shallow bowls.

Step 3 -Mix the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in the first shallow bowl.

Step 4 -Beat the eggs in the second bowl.

Step 5 -Add the flour to the third.

Step 6 -Coat each tender in the flour, then the egg, and finish with the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 7 -Add the coated chicken tenders to the fryer basket and spray them with non-stick cooking spray. If all of the tenders won't fit, work in batches.

Step 8 -Cook the tenders for 8 minutes, flip, and spray with more cooking spray. Cook until golden, about 7 minutes.

Step 9 -Serve immediately with the dipping sauces of your choice.
