Tangy Pork Chops

Zesty, zingy, and zappy, Tangy Pork Chops add a little zazz to your dinner! Slathered in a homemade honey mustard sauce and pan-fried in butter, Tangy Pork Chops are coated in flavors. With a golden brown jacket and a deep savoriness in every juicy bite, these chops are perfect for pairing with potatoes and crispy greens. Best of all, you'll have these ready in 30 minutes or less, so you can just zip to the best part: eating it!


1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 pounds pork chops, center-cut, boneless, and 1/2-inch-thick
garlic powder, to taste


Step 1

Mix the honey and mustard in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Lay the pork chops in the hot butter.

Step 4

Sprinkle the chops with half of the garlic powder and sauté until browned, about 3 minutes.

Step 5

Flip the chops and sprinkle them with the remaining garlic powder.

Step 6

Sauté for 3 more minutes.

Step 7

Brush the honey mustard sauce over the chops and flip them.

Step 8

Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 9

Brush the honey mustard on the top of the chops and flip them again.

Step 10

Cook until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chops reads 145 degrees F, about 5 minutes.

Step 11

Serve hot.
