Ingredients
• 4 chicken breasts
• salt, to taste
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 8 ounces corn, drained
• 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 4 ounces cotija or feta cheese, crumbled
• 3 green onions, optional, chopped
