Ingredients
• 1 cup panko bread crumbs • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, snipped • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/8 teaspoon pepper • 4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • lemon wedges, optional, to tasteDirections
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Use cooking spray to coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, toss together the bread crumbs, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.

Place the tilapia on the prepared pan and brush with lemon juice.

Evenly top the tilapia with the bread crumb mixture, patting to help it adhere to the fish.
